AVOID HEADACHES - AUTO TRANSPORT 101 RULE OF THUMB:
A company should be ranked in at least 5 different web sites in addition to this one, excluding BBB and maintain a 5 star rating. Keep in mind with the BBB, companies pay an annual fee to purchase the letter grade you see. They buy their so called accreditation and grade so pay attention to the number of complaints and not necessarily the grade! More than 5 complaints is considered poor in this industry!
Look for patterns in the complaints too, as it will at times, foreshadow what your experience will be.

FOOL PROOF TIP NUMBER 2 - Any company flaunting an exorbitant amount of reviews (more then 200) is because they pay their shippers for the reviews) Look out for green dots next to the reviewer's names. They stand for compensated reviews. Use common sense. It takes more to get a review then make a sale! So having more then 200 and even thousands is just smoke and mirrors!

COMPANIES ADVERTISING THEY OWN THEIR OWN TRUCKS!
If a company advertises they can pick up your vehicle quicker because they are a carrier (they own trucks dot number established) do not believe them! Most carriers only do 1 route so what are the odds yours will be it? They broker the rest of the loads out when they see routes that they don't run so this is simply a sales tactic to look out for! Don't fall for it.
